From sign-up to connected: the VPNCU setup path

Open the user panel sign-up page in your browser and you'll see the account creation form. Just enter a username (4-20 letters or digits) and a password (8+ characters, mixing letters and digits), then click the "Start Free" button to finish. No email address is required throughout, and no other verification is needed.

Once you've registered, you'll be logged in automatically and taken to your account overview. If you already have an account, just enter your username and password on the login page—no need to register again. Forgot your password? Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the prompts to recover it using your account information.

We recommend saving your username and password in a password manager—they're just as important as your subscription link. You don't need to download any installer; clients and subscriptions are all managed from the user panel.

After registering, click "Buy a Plan" on your account overview page, or go straight to the plans page. There are three monthly tiers: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB, with data reset each month on your billing date. If you don't need it every month, you can also get a data pack—¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB—which lasts until you use it all and never expires.

Choose the tier you need and click "Get Started" to go to the payment page. Payment is available via Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. Once you complete payment following the on-screen prompts, your plan activates immediately—no manual review needed.

All plans come with unlimited devices, so you can use them on your phone and computer at the same time. The 14-day money-back guarantee means: within 14 days of your first payment, you can request a full refund for any reason. If you want to upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days, so you won't pay twice.

After logging in, go to your account overview page and find the "Subscription" section. This is where your personal subscription URL is displayed, in a format like:

Click the copy button to copy the entire link to your clipboard. On mobile, you can also long-press the link and select Copy.

Your subscription link is the key to the service—clients use it to fetch the server list. Treat it like a password: don't share it publicly or post it in group chats. If you suspect it's been leaked, you can regenerate it from the panel, and the old link will stop working immediately.

If you prefer manual setup, you can also find individual server details in the panel and enter them into your client. But the subscription link is easier—the client updates the server list automatically, so you don't have to edit configs by hand every time.

On Windows, we recommend a client that supports subscription link import—usually called a "Clash core client" or "subscription manager." Open the client, find the "Profiles" or "Subscription" section, click "Import from URL" or "Add Subscription," paste the link you copied, and confirm. The client will then fetch the server list automatically.

If the client reports an import failure, first check that you copied the full link—don't miss any characters at the end. Once imported, you'll see servers grouped by region on the left side of the client, such as Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore, and Los Angeles. Select one and click Connect.

For your first connection, we recommend picking a node close to you (like Hong Kong, Tokyo, or Singapore) for lower latency and better stability. If the server list is empty after import, check whether your subscription link has expired, or go back to the panel to confirm your plan is still active. When a plan expires, the subscription link stops updating and resumes automatically after renewal.

The macOS steps are basically the same as Windows. Open the client, find the "Subscription" or "Profiles" section, click "Add from URL," paste your subscription link, and confirm. The client will update the server list automatically and show available nodes on the left.

On macOS, pay attention to the "System Proxy" setting. If your browser still can't reach the target site after connecting, check whether the "System Proxy" toggle in the top-left of the client is turned on. Some clients ask for permission on first connection—just allow it to modify network settings.

macOS clients also support routing modes—Global mode sends all traffic through the accelerated route, while Rule mode only routes matched traffic. For everyday use, Rule mode is recommended, so sites in mainland China are unaffected.

On Android, we recommend a client that supports subscription link import. Open the client, go to "Config" or "Subscription," tap "Add Subscription," paste your subscription link, and confirm. The client will fetch the server list.

A common Android pitfall: the system's battery saver may kill the client in the background and drop your connection. Set the client's battery optimization to "Unrestricted" in system settings, and lock it in the recent apps list to keep it running in the background.

If the connection status doesn't show in the notification bar after connecting, the client may be blocked from showing notifications—allow notifications in system settings. Android clients also support per-app proxy, so you can route only selected apps through the accelerated connection while others stay direct. This is configured under "Settings" → "Per-App Proxy."

On iOS, you'll need to download a client from the App Store that supports subscription link import. Open the client, find the "Subscription" or "Config" section, tap "Import from URL," paste your subscription link, and confirm.

After importing on iOS, the client lists servers on the home screen. Select one and tap Connect. On first connection, iOS will show an "Allow VPN Configuration" prompt—tap "Allow" and enter your device passcode.

If you can't find the client in the App Store, check your Apple ID's region—some clients are only available in certain App Store regions. After importing, consider enabling "Connect on Demand" in settings so the client reconnects automatically when your device comes back online.

Select a server and tap Connect. Once connected, the client status will change to "Connected" and show the current server info in the notification bar or status area.

To confirm your traffic is really going through the accelerated route, open an IP lookup page in your browser and check whether the exit IP matches the region of the server you selected. If the IP location matches the server region, the connection is active. If it still shows your local IP, go back to the client and make sure you've selected the right server, or try switching to another one.
