1. Service Scope

VPNCU provides a network acceleration service for cross-border access. Through an international route network covering 110+ countries / 240+ routes, it helps users optimize connection quality when accessing international websites. The service supports five major platforms: Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux, and users can connect via the client on each platform.

These terms apply to all services provided by VPNCU. By completing registration, making a purchase, or starting to use the service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the contents of these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Account and Subscription Rules

2.1 Account Registration

The service uses a username and password registration method and does not require an email address. You should keep your account and password safe. Any loss caused by account information leakage due to your own reasons shall be borne by you.

2.2 Subscription and Devices

  • The service has no limit on the number of simultaneously connected devices; you can use the same account on multiple devices.
  • The data included in a subscription plan resets monthly from the activation date; if you upgrade your plan midway, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days.
  • Data packs are valid indefinitely after purchase, until used up, and never expire.
  • The service supports payment methods such as Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT.

2.3 Prohibited Conduct

  • Reselling, renting, lending, or sharing your account and subscription with others is prohibited.
  • Using the service for any activity that violates applicable laws and regulations is prohibited.
  • Interfering with the normal operation of the service is prohibited, including but not limited to malicious attacks, bulk registration, and abuse of route resources.

3. Compliance Requirements

When using the service, you should comply with the laws and regulations of your location and must not use the service for any unlawful purpose. The service is intended solely for normal cross-border network access and connection optimization. You should ensure that your usage complies with the laws of your country or region.

The following actions are prohibited when using the service:

  • Infringing on others' intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other lawful rights and interests;
  • Disseminating unlawful information or engaging in unlawful transactions;
  • Endangering network security or interfering with the normal operation of the network.

4. Service Availability and Disclaimer

The service is committed to providing stable and efficient network connections, but the network environment is affected by various factors, including but not limited to carrier route fluctuations, international gateway congestion, and force majeure events. For service interruptions or quality degradation caused by the above factors, the service does not assume liability beyond a reasonable scope.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis and does not promise to be completely uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service shall not be liable for indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the service. If such services are prohibited in your region, you should make your own judgment and bear the corresponding risks.

5. Refund Policy

A full refund without reason can be requested within 14 days of the first payment. If you are not satisfied with the service, you can submit a refund request within 14 days of the first payment, and we will refund the full amount after verification.

Data packs are also subject to the above refund policy. After the 14-day period, subscription fees already incurred are non-refundable, but you can continue to use the purchased service for the remaining period.

6. Account Termination and Terms Changes

6.1 Account Termination

If you violate these terms (including but not limited to reselling accounts, engaging in unlawful activities, or abusing route resources), the service has the right to take measures such as warnings, restrictions, or termination of service depending on the severity. After termination, fees already collected will not be refunded.

6.2 Terms Changes

The service may revise these terms from time to time as needed for operations. After the terms are changed, we will notify you through appropriate means such as on-site announcements. If you continue to use the service, you are deemed to accept the revised terms; if you do not agree to the changes, you have the right to stop using the service.
