Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-08
VPNCU values your privacy. This policy explains what information VPNCU collects when you use its cross-border network acceleration service, how it uses and protects that information, and your rights. Please read this policy before using the service.
1. What Information VPNCU Collects
VPNCU collects only the minimum information necessary to provide the service. When you register, you only need to set a username and password — no email address required. VPNCU does not collect your real name or ID document information.
Order records: When you purchase a subscription plan or data package, VPNCU records the product purchased, payment amount, purchase time, and order status. These records are used to confirm your subscription benefits, process refund requests, and meet financial and tax compliance requirements.
Access statistics: VPNCU collects anonymous access statistics, including access time, device type, browser type, approximate region, and page browsing path. This data is used in aggregate form to analyze how the website is used and to improve service quality, and is not used to identify individuals.
2. No-Log Policy
VPNCU's core privacy commitment is a no-log policy: it does not record which websites you visit through the service, does not record DNS query content, and does not record the content of transmitted traffic. This means your browsing behavior and communications are not retained by VPNCU or used for any commercial purpose. Regarding connection logs, VPNCU retains only the connection metadata necessary for troubleshooting and abuse prevention for a short period (such as connection time and the route used), and deletes it once the issue is resolved. VPNCU does not use connection information for advertising, and does not sell any usage data to third parties.
3. Cookies and Local Storage
VPNCU uses cookies and browser local storage on the website for functional purposes only: maintaining login sessions, remembering language preferences, and remembering your subscription status to display the appropriate interface. VPNCU does not use third-party advertising tracking cookies and does not build cross-site user profiles. You can clear this data at any time in your browser settings; after clearing, some features (such as auto-login) will need to be set up again.
4. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. During payment, your payment information (such as payment account and transaction reference number) is handled by the respective payment provider in accordance with its privacy policy. VPNCU does not access or store your full payment credentials. VPNCU only receives the order status and necessary transaction summary returned by the payment provider, used to confirm payment and activate your subscription.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Account information and order records are retained for the duration of the service relationship. Order records must be kept for the period required by financial and tax compliance regulations, even after account cancellation. You can submit a ticket through the user panel to request deletion of your account and deletable personal data. VPNCU will process the request after verifying your identity. Anonymous access statistics do not involve personal identity and are not subject to deletion requests.
6. Policy Updates
This privacy policy may be updated as the service and legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a new 'Last updated' date. If a change involves a significant adjustment to how personal data is used, VPNCU will notify you via in-site announcements or the user panel. Continuing to use the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
